Health coaching is a partnership that helps you improve your physical, emotional, and lifestyle wellbeing through personalized guidance, accountability, and evidence-based strategies. A coach helps you set realistic goals, create actionable plans, and sustain long-term habits.  


A health coach is NOT a doctor, therapist, or dietician. They do not diagnose, treat or prescribe. They DO support behavior change, motivation, self management, lifestyle modification and wellness planning. 


People who want to: 

  • Improve energy, sleep, or mood.
  • Reduce stress and/or burnout
  • Manage weight or insulin resistance.
  • Build healthier habits
  • Improve emotional well-being
  • Create accountability and structure
  • Make lifestyle changes for medical conditions (with your provider's oversight).


Coaching is typically done through:

  • Weekly or bi-weekly sessions (virtual or in-person)
  • Goal setting and progress tracking
  • Behavior change strategies
  • Personalized wellness recommendations
  • Support between sessions (optional)


A typical session includes:

1. Reviewing progress and challenges

2. Setting or adjusting goals

3. Exploring obstacles and solutions

4. Learning new tools (stress, nutrition, mindset, habit building)

5. Creating a plan for the upcoming week


Clients often experience:

  • Increased energy and motivation
  • Reduced stress and emotional overwhelm
  • Weight management success
  • Better sleep and digestion
  • Improved mental clarity
  • Accountability and structure
  • Healthier eating habits
  • Sustainable lifestyle changes


Most clients see meaningful changes within:

  • 3-4 weeks: energy, mindset, small habit changes
  • 6-8 weeks: noticeable lifestyle improvements
  • 12+ weeks: sustainable transformation

Consistency and commitment matter more than perfection!


Coaches can provide:

  • Nutrition guidance
  • Meal ideas
  • Education on balanced eating
  • Support for dietary restrictions

However, they cannot prescribe diets or give clinical nutrition advice unless separately licensed.


Often, yes - if coaching supports a diagnosed medical condition (stress, obesity, diabetes, hypertension, etc.).


Clients may need:

  • A Letter of Medical Necessity from their provider
  • Receipts or itemized invoices


Coaching: future-focused, goal-oriented, behavior change, empowerment.  

Therapy: past-focused, emotional healing, mental health treatment.

***Many clients use both for full-spectrum support!


Results depend on:

  • Engagement
  • Commitment
  • Following the plan
  • Communication

A coach provides support and expertise, clients provide action!


  • Sign up for a free discovery call
  • Complete an intake questionnaire
  • A personalized wellness roadmap
  • Option to start with a 2, 8 or 12 week program


  • There is a 24 hour cancellation policy with ability to reschedule with review based on rationale
  • Continued cancellations may equate to missed session forfeiture or break in contract


  • Typically, coaching is non-refundable once sessions begin


  • Yes! Sessions are private and confidential.
